Secondary Packaging

Furnishing of Goods in Accordance With the Requirements of Production Practice.

Oktal Pharma performs manufacturing operations that comply with the principles and guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice. Certificate of GMP compliance of a manufacturer is available in Eudra GMDP database, at the European Medicines Agency.

Oktal Pharma is the first wholesaler in Croatia to receive certificates for implementation of business procedures according to new national and EU legislation within the given time frame (May 2014):  Certificate of GMP compliance of a manufacturer and Certificate of GDP Compliance of a Wholesale Distributor, as evidence that it complies with the principles and guidelines of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice).

In accordance with the GMP/GMP certificate, we carry out the following procedures:

  • outer packaging of imported and imported medicines and investigational medicines (clinical samples)
  • sticking labels on unit packaging
  • inserting the complete unit packaging into the box/wrapper and external packaging of intermediate medicinal products (except investigational medicines) into the outer packaging using the manual packaging procedure
  • releasing after packaging of imported and imported medicines and investigational medicines
  • import from third countries and release of imported medicines (if tested in the EU).

Telemarketing

Call Center With 18 Customer Relations Associates.

Oktal Pharma’s call center has 18 client relations associates who communicate daily with customers from Zagreb and branches in Split, Rijeka and Osijek.

Along with the continuous education of our associates, we continuously work on improving business processes and developing additional services.

Additional services we provide through the call center: telemarketing and telephone surveys.

Our advantages in providing additional services through the call center:

  • Extensive experience in offering new products and managing sales campaigns.
  • The offer to the customer is communicated by a “known” telephone sales agent with whom the customer maintains communication on a daily basis.
  • Offer is communicated to person responsible for purchasing.
  • Flexibility in creating offers which satisfy clients needs.

Telemarketing

Telemarketing service includes direct communication of marketing and sales messages during each call during the contracted period, as well as analysis and reporting after the service has been provided.

We adapt the offer to the different needs and requirements of the client.

We additionally monitor customer information via e-mail channels or by distributing printed leaflets with invoices.

 

Telephone survey

The telephone survey service is one of the most common methods of data collection, and refers to the collection of data and information necessary for making marketing and other business decisions. It includes the processes of market segmentation, setting up a survey, recording questions and answers, conducting a survey on a sample of pharmacies, specialty stores and hospitals, and analyzing and reporting on the research results. The telephone survey service is created individually according to the client’s requirements and adjusted according to different needs.

Health Portal Vaše zdravlje  – an online guide to healthy living, provides the user with a wealth of information in various fields of evidence-based biomedical science, which he can search in a simple and fast way, choosing from eight different major thematic categories and selected topics.

The content of the health portal is also linked to Zdravlje Plus (Health Plus) pharmacies providing benefits to their customers through the  “Health Plus – Together for Health” loyalty program, such as pharmacy services, monthly discounts, loyalty card points collection and many more.

In addition to the health portal, promotional materials can also be placed through the associated Facebook page.

Regulatory Services and Pharmacovigilance

Support and Services in Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance.

Oktal Pharma offers local support in regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance, and a wide range of regulatory and pharmacovigilance services for medicinal products, medical devices, food for special medical purposes, cosmetic products and food supplements.

Available services also include:

  • maintaining the marketing authorisation throughout the product life cycle (preparing and submitting registration documentation and requests to the  regulatory Authorities)
  • monitoring and implementation of regulatory requirements
  • review of promotional materials
  • services of the local responsible person for pharmacovigilance (local QPPV) and deputy
  • local pharmacovigilance system and all necessary local pharmacovigilance activities (handling reports of adverse events, local scientific and medical literature screening, education, implementation of risk minimisation measures and others)
