Our Talent Screening Process

The selection of new employees is based on an assessment of the key competencies important for success in a particular position. In this process, we use various tools and approaches, including:

CV Review
Interview with HR and Department Manager
Psychological and Professional Assessments

After the selection process is completed, we will inform all candidates of the outcome. Due to the complexity of the process or the large number of applications, final feedback may sometimes take more than 30 days. Nevertheless, we always strive to contact each candidate in a timely manner.
