Modern Warehouse Management System
Paper Documentation Reduced to an Absolute Minimum.
Warehousing processes are managed by a modern Warehouse Management System (WMS), which manages warehouse processes and automation. The system is fully digitised, reducing the requirement for paper documentation. All processes and control over the movement of goods are controlled by a system which is validated in accordance with validation methodology and risk assesment in compliance with GAMP 5 guidelines. In one business year, Oktal Pharma supplies its customers and partners with a total of 36 million products by commissioning 6,2 million items.
With continued investment in state-of-the-art systems and technology, and continuous review and improvement of processes and work procedures, Oktal Pharma is particularly proud of its highly skilled and highly-motivated employees which form the backbone of the company’s logistics. Our warehouse and distribution departments employ a total of 225 employees. We pay particular attention to their development by providing standardised training programmes which include knowledge of internal policies and procedures compliant with GDP and GMP standards, as well as various other training and education courses which enhance their knowledge and skills in management, teamwork and communication.

Reliable Distribution With More Than 70 Vehicles.
Oktal Pharma provides regional distribution coverage through its own transport capacity and that of its contract partners with a total of more than 70 vehicles. All vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art isolation and heating and cooling systems, which ensures that transport conditions are identical to those for storage. In order to ensure continuous monitoring of the quality of transport, all vehicles are equipped with a GSM/GPS vehicle tracking system and temperature monitoring of the cargo area. An optimal distribution of the fleet on more than 70 delivery routes provides coverage of more than 2,800 delivery destinations throughout Croatia with several deliveries in one day in larger cities.

CONSIGNMENT AND CUSTOMS WAREHOUSE
Top-Standard Consignment and Bonded Warehouses.
Oktal Pharma d.o.o. provides its partners with services of consignment warehouses, including a customs warehouse, located at the address: Oktal Pharma d.o.o., Utinjska 40, 10020 Zagreb. Our warehouses, as well as all other premises, meet all the requirements and standards of good distribution practice. Operations are supported by a separate, validated system for warehouse management. Consignment warehouses allow the goods to be stored, both in conditions from 15 to 25 °C, and cold chain conditions at temperatures from 2 to 8 °C.

Oktal Pharma d.o.o. operates on the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia through four centres located in Zagreb, Osijek, Rijeka and Dugopolje (Split). Our two centres in Zagreb and Dugopolje are warehousing distribution centres. A quality network of delivery routes and an optimal number of delivery vehicles ensure coverage of the whole territory of Croatia.
